The Imani Kids Choir specializes in African and African-American Folk Songs, Uplifting Songs and Spirituals, and Community Choral Songs, in addition to Movement, Expression, Percussion, and Oratory for the stage. The Imani Kids Choir is where students can perform African and African American folk songs, sing in multiple languages, and celebrate the spirit of faith, love, and togetherness.

In its inaugural year, the theme of the Imani Kids Choir is ‘Our Time To Shine,’ emphasizing the need for our community to focus intensely on cultivating and developing our children. Children will learn a range of songs, dances, speeches, and poems, and build leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Recitals: The Choir will host two seasonal recitals. This includes a Christmas recital and a Spring concert.
